I had been struggling with very sharp neck pain for a few years now, finally I decided I had enough and booked an appointment here at Proback Victoria. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day and I have been getting treatments for the last seven months. Since I started treatments I have had no neck pain whatsoever. Everyone at this clinic is friendly, kind and know exactly what they are doing. I never had a bad experience despite visiting sometimes more than once a week. They allow you to book appointments months in advance which was helpful for me to plan a regular time for my appointments. I cannot recommend Proback Victoria more. They provided the highest level of care and I am so grateful.

Have to start by informing that it is a good clinic and they do very detailed check.If you don’t go with their treatment they won’t give you a report of your check neither your x-ray. They said they can send only x-rays via email but if I want x-ray mark with their detail have to pay 40£ fee.It is very unethical to not get report that you PAID for and trying to charge even more.

Proback Clinics is absolutely top-notch for treating conditions like my lordosis, which I have seen mega progress with over the last one and a half months. From the friendly and caring staff to the personalised treatment plans, every part of the experience has been great. Yohanis and the team really take the time to understand my needs and adjusts my plan as I progress. You can tell they genuinely care, they are professional but also super warm and welcoming. Appointments are on time, scheduling them is very straightforward and the facilities are clean and modern. If you need specialised back care, Proback is the place to go. I'm so thankful I found them!

Hello everyone just to say something from my experience in Proback ! Actually I’ve seen in my Facebook and said to my self why I’m not training this clinic for my back problems ok , it’s been nearly 7 months and the results is much better then they was so I can recomendet who has back problems! And other things all the staff is amazing good service and polite also who are Albania can go there because one doctor fizio terapis is from Albania which us are very proud of him his nome is Arlind and alsow I can not go to say for Italian girl called OPiteria which she has look after me ok also you have 2 Albanian girl in reception very good girls ok don’t forget all the staf is amazing but I’m saying for Albanian people more ok so don’t hezitate to go there ! Thanks to every one ! From me Besa !

If I could give a 0 star I would. These ARE sharks. Do NOT go there it's a waste of your money. Do not get bamboozled by their technologies, their sales pitch and graphics imposed on your xray. Their feedback on assessment is generic and in my case, could have applied to anyone over 40. I was told about the shape of the spine from different angles and that nerves run along the spine. (I learnt that when I did biology at school). There was no feedback of my injury but a treatment plan of over £2600 was suggested. I really do not think they even tried to understand my injury and why I was having so much pain. I got the impression that they did not like my questions so chose to give me a ridiculous treatment plan. To come x4 per week over 16 weeks. And then to offer a discount if I paid upfront. Oh it so reminded me of the tactics they use when selling you timeshare .... what aload of rubbish... I am so glad I walked away.

Excellent professional service. Really cured my back and neck. I went in with severe pain, and the non invasive technology based treatments really helped a great deal and was able to move and walk freely after that. Staff were amazingly caring, professional and efficient. Thank you to all who treated me especially Katerina, Aaron and the others. Reception staff are also superb, efficient and friendly too, Ms Allard is so caring and knowledgeable. All was worth the spend. I can't recommend the clinic enough. Thank you all very much indeed for looking after me so passionately. Appreciated.

I was not able to walking because of pain in my left leg. Three weeks was on painkillers but pain was not getting less.Then I finding Proback clinic Victoria on line.I came here. Staff very kind and helpful, doctors very professional and next day I've got first procedure(radial shockwave therapy). After some weeks pain disappeared and I am happy walking without any pain. I am very grateful to the professional staff of the clinic,who made my life beautiful. I highly recommend Proback Clinic Victoriato everyone who is lookingfor help. I am very grateful to the doctors and staff of the Clinic ! Thank you very much !

Sharks,they con you into a £1200 package.1st two visits seemed ok. But gradually the time drops from 45 mins to 30. The special massage machine usage drops or is zero. They are a money making machine. Gets very crowded. The service gets really bad,the girls on desk must be on commision trying to get you on £600 or £1200 plans. Dont waste your precious time and money

Barely could walk into Proback - after a short treatment plan I skipped out! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are extremely professional also. I would highly highly recommend!

Having seen chiropractors, physical therapists & trying other treatments with limited results I decided to try the clinic as a last resort to get rid off my severe back pain and numbness in my arm.I started off skeptical, but after several weeks of continuous improvements, massive improvements with sleeping and longer periods of being pain free I felt that my body was adjusting itself in the way that the team described it would! The practitioners are all very professional and also honest in the fact that it is not just a magical upwards slope. What I also really appreciate is when I asked if I should take more treatments they actually told me that my current schedule would be sufficient and I should start putting in the work with exercises to support the treatments.It is a busy clinic especially in the evenings, daytime slots and weekend slots do allow for a bit of a longer conversation with the practitioner which can be nice when you have questions.So a massive thank you to Arlind & all the others whom I have seen, because finally after a almost a year of being in pain I can now finally and slowly go back to the gym!

I have slipped disc I've been In too many treatment centers in London none worked better than proback clinic for me. Mid of 2023 i stop working i thought i will never walk again I reached the point where I was barely able to walk i was in bed for months then I stumbled upon this clinic online, after the treatment I feel that I have better sleep, I'm able to walk do my daily activities take my kids out, go out with my friends again and will go back to work after my treatment finishes.thank you very much for all staff who supported me all the way specially Katerina and Dipa i am not good with names my apologie.

Disappointing experience.Staff were friendly and adaptable, who did their best to give me a treatment plan for my needs.However, I didn't feel progress and the culture felt like a revolving door - as others have mentioned, it seems like you're never really given enough time to appropriately devote attention to your problems. Additionally, one physio will say this and the other will say that, so you're left confused as to what the actual problem and treatment was.As if that wasn't bad enough, it was like I was being punished for leaving before the treatment concluded - it was unprofessional of them to change their mind about how much would get refunded to me, and at what date. You'd think they were aware of their own policies.

Yohanis and the team were great through the whole process, walking me through it step by step making sure I received the right treatment, making no promises but bringing results, and always in a nice atmosphere. I have started having treatment at Proback about three years ago following a vertigo attack. I have been offered shockwave therapy and responded very well to it. Part of the problem was calcification in shoulders and neck. The treatment helped to restore my neck mobility. After about 10 weeks of Shockwave treatment, my condition improved markedly. Since then, I go to Proback for maintenance treatments. Arlind and all practitioners at Proback are very friendly, professional, helpful and experienced. The overall experience at Proback has been very positive. All staff and receptionists are welcoming, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Proback.

Having been to chiropractors in the past that hadn't helped correct my lower back discomfort since my gym injury, I was skeptical that my injury was fixable.I gave ProBack a chance as a one last try & long story short they fixed it for me! I no longer have the discomfort & feel like my old self again. The team is lovely, it doesn't feel like a chore going in for appointments because everyone is so friendly, I actually looked forward to going in for every session which is rare & a testament to the team.If you're on the fence about booking a consultation which I'm assuming you are as you're reading through Google reviews then take this as your sign to just go for it!

I have had low back pain for years due to prolapsed lower herniated discs’ bulging. I had sought various treatments from other places but my pain threshold remained the same and over the years ended up with excruciating acute pains at times. I started my treatments at Proback Clinic In June this year and couldn’t be happier with the results so far.I am always treated with utmost courtesy from the moment I walk into the clinic, all the reception staff make me feel so welcome and comfortable. My practitioners, Abdul and Yohanis are caring professionals, together with rest of the team members expertise and advice is always welcoming and truly appreciative.The treatments are tailored to my specific needs, It’s incredible how much my pain has improved with various treatments I have on weekly basis, my family have also seen great improvement in me as they know how I have suffered in the past. I am halfway through my treatments and can envisage further improvements when I can finally say goodbye to my LBP.I highly recommend ProBack Clinic to anyone seeking help from back issues. The holistic approach and their genuine care has prompted me to write this review since my experience with the clinic has been so fruitful and how they have alleviated my pain for a better quality of life. The staff are very friendly and the best part of the treatment is that all staff are well qualified. If you every experience pain you can always book an early appointment to be seen by any professional chiropractor, as they will have your case file and X-rays during the treatment. I always feel relaxed after my treatment and my mobility improves immediately. I highly recommend the clinic as they saved me from undergoing a major operation. I have become more flexible. If you been suffering for long then please try this clinic. I have had chronic pain to the to the point I was poking objects in my back to get some relief, however after undergoing my treatment I no longer feel the the intense pain. Poor posture, and any back related problems this clinic will be able to set you on to recovery. I would like to thank all the staff for taking good care of my health and for asking how I feel after my treatment. The clinic staff always will ask how you are progressing. In the event you feel pain they have chiropractor available to answers your questions over the phone.My before and after X-ray reports reveal how much progress I have made. Thank you so much 

I can’t thank Proback enough: after a couple of months of severe, debilitating lower back pain and sciatica on one side, I decided to visit the clinic, following a recommendation. After just 2-3 treatments, my pain had subsided hugely and it continues improving after each visit. After going through 6 months of telephone appointments with GP's and physios that amounted to nothing I got in touch with ProBack and made an appointment . I hobbled in to the clinic with incredible back pain, had an assessment and x-ray, the next day was results and straight to work. Three weeks later I'm able to walk properly again, can get a full night's sleep and although there is more work to be done I'm extremely happy with the level of service so far. The practitioners and everyone at reception have gone above and beyond to help me.

I could barely walk three weeks ago. I have scoliosis throughout my back, a neck that is bent the wrong way and a lower back that is over bent. I have several prolapsed discs. I am hyper mobile and I honestly didn’t think anything could help and I was quite down and out when I arrived at Proback.The difference is amazing! I am now back to be active and happy. I can ride my horse again. Of course the pain is not gone but it is so much better and I am only three weeks in on the treatment of 12 weeks. I am again excited about the future! It was a long time ago since I was.I can truly recommend this practice. They are very thorough and knowledgeable.

Great clinicI started to have pain in my back the next morning I couldn’t go out from bed or walk so I started to go to ProBack after 3 sessions it started to feel better and I was able to go back to work.After half way through the treatments I didn’t have any pain anymore.I feel like a new person I can stretch my body more than I was very able before I had pain.I’m still continuing with my treatments till the end because I don’t want it to come back and I want to see what else can change.
