What is Ear Ozone Insufflation?
Ozone gas is gently introduced into the ear canal via a special stethoscope-like attachment.
How it’s done:
- A low concentration of ozone gas is passed into each ear canal for a few minutes.
- Performed with a specialized ozone generator.
Common Uses:
- Sinus infections
- Ear infections
- Brain fog
- Headaches/migraines
- Neurological support (controversial)
Pros:
- Non-invasive
- Painless
- Easy to administer (with proper training and safety)
Considerations:
- Should not be used with perforated eardrums
