They are however restricted to accessing the information relevant to the clinic you attend. The Personal Data we process and what we do with it: In order to provide you a health care service we essentially are entering into a contract with you to deliver professional care, the provision of health-related services as a chiropractic clinic. In addition, we will only examine or treat you with your explicit consent. All children under the age of 16 years must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian before treatment is carried out. Part of this agreement includes a need for us to store and process your personal data as well as a legitimate interest in contacting you via phone, email or SMS. We don’t require you to opt in however we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving communication.

Third Parties: We may share anonymised personal information with only our chiropractic partners, Chirotouch (Patient management software), PostureRay (Patient scanning software), Oligoscan (Nutritional Health Scan), Biokinmetrics and TigerView (X-ray management software) who use this to analyse information to allow us accurate scanning results (PostureRay and Oligoscan), accurate record keeping and patient management (Chirotouch) and accurate x-ray guidance (Biokinmetrics and TigerView).
The type of information collected may include: Name, Address, Phone number, E-mail address, Demographic information.
