Atlas Balans is a specialist hands-on therapy targeting the fascial network — the connective tissue surrounding every muscle and organ. By releasing deep fascial restrictions, it restores movement, reduces chronic pain, and rebalances the body from the atlas vertebra downward, with effects felt throughout the entire system.

Atlas Balans is a gentle, non-forceful treatment. Most patients feel mild pressure and a gradual release of tension during the session. Some areas of chronic restriction may feel temporarily tender, but the overall experience is deeply relaxing and many patients notice immediate postural shifts.

A typical Atlas Balans session at Proback lasts 45 to 60 minutes. An initial course of 4 to 6 sessions is usually recommended, allowing the fascial system to progressively release and stabilise. Your practitioner will tailor the plan to your specific presentation.
